These terms and conditions apply to all treatments, consultations, programs and services provided by POMME Clinics B.V.
This includes but is not limited to:
AESTHETICS: Botulinum toxin treatments (Botox / neuromodulators, Hyaluronic acid fillers, Skinboosters and collagen stimulation, Polynucleotides (Salmon DNA), PRP/PRF (including EZ Gel), CYJ Hair Filler, Other injectable medical aesthetic treatments
LONGEVITY: Hormone optimization and baseline care programs, Gut and microbiome programs, Longevity programs, Medically supervised weight loss programs
By booking a treatment, undergoing treatment or entering into a treatment agreement with POMME Clinics, the patient agrees to these terms.
1. DEFINITIONS
Treatment Agreement
The agreement between POMME Clinics B.V. and the patient for the provision of one or more medical or aesthetic treatments.
Patient / Client: The individual entering into a treatment agreement with POMME Clinics.
Practitioner: The BIG‑registered physician responsible for performing the treatment and/or supervising the medical program.
2. BEST EFFORTS OBLIGATION
All treatments provided by POMME Clinics constitute a best efforts obligation and not a guaranteed result.The practitioner will perform treatments according to professional medical standards.
Possible complications may include infection, bruising, swelling, asymmetry, numbness, allergic reactions or insufficient effect.
3. FOLLOW UP & TOUCH-UPS
Botulinum toxin: A control appointment may take place after a minimum of 2 weeks. If necessary, a touch‑up may be performed within 2 weeks after the control appointment.
Dermal fillers: A follow‑up appointment may take place within 2–4 weeks after treatment. In case of asymmetry, a correction may be considered.
Other injectables In situations of force majeure (including mandatory closure, pandemics, or long-term illness of the practitioner), the right to a complimentary correction may lapse.
4. PERFORMANCE OF TREATMENTS
POMME Clinics performs all treatments in accordance with:
• guidelines of the IGJ (Dutch Health and Youth Care Inspectorate) and NVCG.
POMME Clinics reserves the right to have treatments performed by another qualified and authorized practitioner within the clinic.
Longevity programs
Longevity programs offered by POMME Clinics, including: hormone optimization, gut and microbiome programs, longevity programs, medically supervised weight loss programs constitute medical treatments within the meaning of the Dutch Medical Treatment Agreement Act (WGBO). The practitioner has a best efforts obligation and cannot guarantee outcomes.
For a safe and effective treatment trajectory, active cooperation from the client is required.The client is expected to:
• Attend scheduled follow-up and evaluation appointments
• Use prescribed medication according to medical instructions
• Provide complete and truthful medical information
• Follow lifestyle and treatment recommendations where reasonably possible.
Failure to follow instructions, missing follow-ups, or improper medication use may affect safety and treatment outcomes.
The practitioner reserves the right to modify, pause or terminate treatment if continuation is medically inappropriate or if insufficient cooperation is provided.
5. PRIVACY, CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROCESSING
POMME Clinics treats all patient information as strictly confidential in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Patient data may be stored and processed using secure digital systems, including:
• Clinicminds (electronic patient record and appointment management system)
• Mailchimp (communication, newsletters and patient information emails)
These platforms may process personal data on behalf of POMME Clinics for operational purposes. Patient data may also be used in anonymised form for internal quality improvement or statistical purposes. Photographs or visual materials will only be used for educational or marketing purposes with explicit written consent from the patient.
6. IDENTIFICATION REQUIREMENT
Patients must be able to provide valid identification during visits if requested. Patients are also required to complete the medical questionnaire truthfully and completely. POMME Clinics reserves the right to postpone treatment if identification or required medical information is not provided.
7. APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATION
Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. In case of:- repeated late cancellations- no-shows
POMME Clinics may charge a €50 cancellation fee or require a €50 deposit for future appointments. The practitioner reserves the right to determine when this policy is applied.
8. PAYMENT
Payment for treatments must be made in advance or immediately after the appointment, in pin or in cash, unless otherwise agreed (for example in case of treatment programs or packages).
9. PRICE CHANGES
POMME Clinics reserves the right to modify prices. New prices apply from the moment they are announced. Quotes or proposed treatment plans remain valid for 30 days.
10. LIABILITY
The liability of POMME Clinics is limited to the amount covered by the clinic’s professional liability insurance.If the insurer does not provide coverage, liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific treatment. Any claim for damages must be submitted within six months after the final follow-up appointment.
POMME Clinics is not liable for: loss or damage of personal belongings, indirect damages, damages related to professional or business activities of the patient
11. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE
POMME Clinics complies with the Dutch Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz). Complaints can be submitted in writing or via email to: info@pommeclinics.com
The complaints procedure is available via the POMME Clinics website.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
In situations of force majeure, including but not limited to: pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, staff shortages, illness of the practitioner, obligations may be temporarily suspended. If the situation lasts longer than three months, both parties may terminate the agreement without compensation. Appointments may be rescheduled in cases of proven force majeure.
13. APPLICABLE LAW
All agreements with POMME Clinics are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, where POMME Clinics is established.
14. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

All text, images, videos, graphics, and other content on this website are either owned by POMME Clinics B.V. or sourced from stock platforms with appropriate licenses. Users are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute any website content without explicit permission from POMME Clinics B.V.
